Course Overview
The Interclass Degree Course, to better respond to the demand for professionals emerging from the job market, offers a path aimed at combining pedagogical, psychological, and sociological knowledge related to the conception, design, management, and evaluation of training activities, with interdisciplinary knowledge and skills to integrate the concepts and tools of sustainable development into the educational and training system.
The perspective of sustainability also intertwines with knowledge pertaining to the organizational-economic-managerial sphere, programming and coordination functions, and integration between welfare systems (socio-educational, cultural, and social assistance) for the planning and delivery of services to individuals and communities. To facilitate the learning process, the structure of the Degree Course aims at fulfilling flexibility and personalization criteria.
The path is common in the first year for 60 CFU and differentiated for the two degree classes in the second year for 18 CFU. It is delivered in mixed teaching mode, according to a blended learning approach, and the courses are offered in e-learning mode for up to 2/3 of the credits provided.
The Course offers students lectures, laboratories, seminars, and other activities to expand the educational offer, also in collaboration with the world of work, with the possibility of choosing between optional courses and various activities useful for job placement.
There are numerous opportunities for training in international contexts through Erasmus mobility, participation in international projects, and the presence of visiting professors, also benefiting "internationalization at home" processes.
